This command is only available on Astro.
astro env metrics-export commands to list, create, update, and delete metrics exports managed through the Astro Environment Manager. A metrics export pushes Deployment metrics to a remote endpoint, such as a Prometheus remote-write target. You can scope a metrics export to a Workspace or a Deployment, and you can link a Workspace-scoped export to specific Deployments.
