Introducing Cohort 4 of the Astronomer Champions Program for Apache Airflow!

  • Briana Okyere

We are excited to announce the launch of Cohort 4 of our Champions Program for Apache Airflow! This final cohort for the 2024 calendar year brings together data leaders from Fortune 500 companies around the globe, all possessing extensive Airflow expertise.

Elevating Our Program: New Changes for 2025

The success of the Champions Program in its inaugural year has paved the way for an even more impactful program in 2025. To begin with, we have implemented a new application process designed to showcase the most exceptional candidates.

Additionally, we will now limit our onboarding to once a year. This means we will only accept applications from November 2024 to the end of January 2025 for the 2025 cohort. This approach will allow us to dedicate more resources and attention to each individual cohort, ensuring they have the support they need to foster and grow the Apache Airflow community.

Meet Cohort 4 of the Astronomer Champions Program for Apache Airflow®!

Now, let’s turn our attention to Cohort 4! Featuring Champions from renowned organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Gartner, and the Bank of Thailand, this cohort of nine carefully selected Airflow enthusiasts is truly remarkable.

With a more stringent approval process, Cohort 4 achieved a 30% acceptance rate, bringing together a diverse and experienced group ready to promote the Airflow message far and wide. We are thrilled to welcome them to the program and look forward to you meeting them. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Cohort 4!
